Jon is an LPL financial advisor with David Mullins Wealth Management and serves clients at our Lebanon office. He holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, in addition to, holding his insurance licenses for Life, Health and Annuities. Jon can assist clients with retirement planning, portfolio management, investment consulting, and tax-efficient investment strategies. Jon prides himself on taking a comprehensive approach to create custom strategies based on each client's individualized goals.
Jon grew up in Swords Creek, Virginia and is the son of a lifelong coal miner. Jon credits his father, David Plaster, for teaching him the value of honesty, hard work, and integrity. Having his father as his role model is arguably the biggest factor in Jon's successes in life.
Jon received his BS in Kinesiology from the University of Virginia in 2008. He’s an avid outdoorsman and enjoys deer hunting, fishing, and disc golf. He’s also a sports fanatic. You’ll find Jon rooting for UVA, the Las Vegas Raiders, and the Chicago Cubs at every opportunity.
After living in Tennessee for over a decade, Jon moved back home to Russell County in 2021. He now lives in Lebanon, Virginia.
